All information must be truthful — providing false details is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

Account Verification (KYC)

3kvlp applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with financial safety standards. Before processing your first withdrawal, or at any point we deem necessary, you may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) along with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Account Security

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal request can be approved. Withdrawals attempted before rollover completion may result in bonus forfeiture.
